FAQ's

Where is my package? 

It can take up to 10 business days to ship from the time you ordered.   It could take a little longer depending if we are out of town for a show or have a new release.  Please be patient with us as we are working hard to get your orders out!   We are a small business that is run out of our home and we do not have employees or a shipping facility.    

Due to COVID-19 we are asking for 2 weeks for your package to arrive in the U.S. and up to 10 weeks for international orders.   

Do I get a tracking number? 

Yes!  Once your package has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number in your email.  If you do not see one, check your spam or email us.   

Do you offer insurance?

Yes!  If you are in the US, you will have to purchase it.  It's the very first item in our shop. 

If you are an international customer, you do not need to purchase insurance.  Insurance comes with every international order! 

 

What happens if my package is lost or stolen? 

Unfortunately this happens.  If you purchased insurance, please email me and we can get started on filing a claim.  
Due to COVID and deliveries taking longer, the insurance will not allow me to file the claim unless it's been missing for 20 business days in the US and 50 business days for international.  I have zero control over this.   Once I am able to file the claim, you can choose if you would like a refund or if you would like me to ship another package out to you.   

The USPS will not help me if insurance was not purchased.   The best thing for you to do is contact your local post office with your tracking number.  We can also file a missing package claim with USPS, but please be aware that this only alerts them that your package is missing.   They will not cover the cost of the lost/stolen product.   Once your package leaves my hands, it's completely out of my control.  

 

My pin is damaged, Can I exchange it? 

You can exchange your pin within 30 days of your purchase.   We are not responsible for any damages that occur during transit and we are not responisble for any damages that occur after 30 days of purchase.   Pins are not indestructible. Some pins are more delicate than others.   

Do you combine shipping?

Yes! If we catch it in time, we will definitely combine your order for you and refund the difference in shipping.  Sometimes we don't catch it, so emailing us would be the best way to insure we combine your order.  

It's also a lot easier if you email us to let us know you want to add something to your order before you make another purchase! 

 

Can you make me a custom pin?

I am always open to new ideas, but I can't make you 1 custom pin.  Generally you have to order 100 of the design you want, so if you are wanting a pin of your face, please make sure at least 99 other people want a pin of your face as well! 
With that being said, I don't normally take commissions like this, but I can try to point you in the right direction!
