We do not accept returns on items unless there is a manufacturers defect. We try to go through every item to make sure you are getting the best quality, but sometimes one slips by us! Please email us with any concerns.
If you would like to exchange something, please feel free to email us! Return shipping and shipping you the item you would like to exchange for is your responsibility.
Refunds and cancellations on orders will only be given within 24 hours of your order being placed unless your order has shipped already. Refunds can not be given on pre-orders.
There are no refunds on Pre-orders. By Pre-Ordering, you are agreeing to help pay for the production of the item.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged pins that happen during transit!! Please purchase insurance so you are covered in case something happens to your package! All items shipped are packaged with bubble wrap and come with a tracking number.
Demonic Pinfestation will exchange an item if damaged. (Pins that are bent during transit are not exchangeable).

If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, there is a listing for that in my products. I HIGHLY suggest getting shipping insurance. If your package is lost or stolen, and you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible.
